Written terms on invoice supersede all prior oral representations.
Customer accepts full responsibility for the specification of all items purchased in meeting customer’s specific design requirements or intent.
Allied will not be responsible for any installation of product unless contracted through Allied's remodeling division.
Marble, Granite, onyx and stone and the like are products of nature and are never “perfect”. Therefore, color, markings, textures, and hairline cracks are subject to variation. A sample is used to show the approximate color and texture of such materials. It is not possible to guarantee that colors and other characteristics will be uniformly present throughout.
All merchandise must be paid in full prior to ordering unless other arrangements have been approved by management.
Customer accepts full responsibility for inspection of all items at time of delivery or pick-up. All product needs to be compared to invoice, and inspected for factory defects.
Customer acknowledges that Allied is generally familiar with the cost of shipping charges, and Allied will use reasonable efforts to estimate those charges. However, in the event a third party is shipping materials, Customer takes responsibility for those direct charges and reasonable overhead.
All freight charges (shipping and delivery) are subject to change without notification.
Floor samples and displays are sold AS-IS and cannot be returned.
No returns on installed merchandise, unless product has previously been deemed defective by a manufacturer’s representative, or an Allied employee.
Allied is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and or reinstallation of products. Returned products which are damaged, used, or otherwise not in salable condition will not be eligible for credit.
Allied expresses no oral, written or implied warranties and disclaims all warranties other than those honored by the manufacturer.
