“Barry and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rob and Allied for doing an excellent job on our recent kitchen and bathroom(s) renovation. From start to finish we were extremely pleased. Thinking back, there are many stand-outs, but three come to mind: Professionalism of the Allied employees as well as the subcontractors. It is obvious that customer service training is part of the Allied culture. All of the workers that came in our home were friendly, trustworthy, knew what they were doing, always cleaned up whatever they were doing and whatever their task, they did it well….nothing had to be redone – ever. Change Orders were handled with absolute deftness. For instance, when we were doing the kitchen, I asked if Allied did custom closets, the answer being yes. If you will remember, I asked if we could push the wall out to make a bigger closet and the answer was yes….same with the master bath. There was never any eye-rolling, never any indication that I was messing up the work schedule, nothing but total ‘yes we can’. Allied helped us with things like ordering interior doors, building book shelves…..stuff that we didn’t initially plan on but just seemed to add value to the work that we were doing. Aftercare is phenomenal. Whenever I’m not sure of how to work one of our new fixtures or appliances, Allied has always been there to help me solve the issue. We have never felt that once the work was done that we could not call you to ask a question or ask for help. We are so happy that we chose Allied Kitchen & Bath to do our massive renovation. What could have been an absolute nightmare with the ‘down to the stud’ renovations in an old Florida home actually was relatively easy to live through. We experienced none of the horror stories that others had told me about with their old home re-dos. We have you and Allied to thank for that. You made it easy, Rob…thank you! Our friends think our renovations are stunning…your design work beyond fabulous!! We will definitely recommend Allied Kitchen & Bath!!!
