A Contemporary Kitchen & Bath Designed for Form & Function
This luxurious home located within the beautiful city of Boca Raton exemplifies South Florida’s sleek modern
design with exceptional functionality for this family’s needs. Purchased as a vacation home to bring friends and family together, the interior design serves as both a relaxing contemporary retreat and a space to entertain many.
The kitchen is one of the most important rooms in a home and this has enough space for many gatherings. The waterfall edge on the island countertop serves as a main focal point in the room. Every inch of space was wisely built with organizational features, so the kitchen can be utilized in the most efficient way possible. Equip with spice organizers, tray dividers, and drawer storage, there is a place for all kitchenware. This newly renovated kitchen contains linear bronze acrylux cabinets and quartz countertop, which makes the space embody a ravishing sophistication and elegance. Complete with Jenn-Air® appliances and large porcelain rectangular tiles in a white gloss finish as the backsplash; this space has a clean crispness that emblematizes the sunny South Florida lifestyle.
(ABOVE) Upon entry into the master bathroom, one’s eyes are undoubtedly directed towards the ENGLISHCAST® white double ended Toulouse Bateau tub by Victoria + Albert. Made up of volcanic limestone and resin, the tub shines with an easy and clean high-gloss finish. A Brizo Odin™ collection floor mount tub filler accompanies the tub, completing the immaculate look of the large master bathroom. The ceiling’s general usage of high-hat lighting brightens the space, beautifully illuminating the 24 by 24 inch rectified porcelain white gloss tile flooring.
Strategically placed behind the tub stands a Neolith™ porcelain wall. The porcelain material replicates authenticity. The lightweight material was easier to use in the verticle application than the actual stone. Chosen for the
sophisticated elegance and timelessness, the wall compliments the entire space by adding color and a clean design.
(LEFT) Both sides of the bathroom have a vanity accompanied with a sink for the perfect his-and-hers space. A linear silver acrylux was used for the master vanities, which was a continuation for the styles already used. The vanities are topped with a 2.5-inch thick white quartz counter top, adding to the already-modern touch. On each side of both vanities are wall sconces, adding a touch of warm illumination.
(ABOVE) Hidden behind the Neolith™ porcelain wall is a dual his and her shower system. The shower controls and polished chrome shower heads are part of the Brizo Odin™ collection. On each side of the shower are wings of glass to prevent water from spraying outside. The look is elegant sophistication, but also practical.
