Full-Time Kitchen and Bath Designer – Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Kitchen and Bath Designer with a passion for design, construction, and client satisfaction. Allied Kitchen and Bath, a premier design & remodeling firm proudly serving Fort Lauderdale for over 40 years, is looking for a talented and driven professional to join our team full-time.

About the Role:

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Allied, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and an in-house team of seasoned professionals to turn visions into reality — from concept to completion. This position requires a solid mix of design creativity, sales expertise, construction knowledge, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess needs, preferences, and budgets

• Develop and present design concepts using industry-standard software

• Select materials and finishes aligned with project goals

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and fellow designers to ensure seamless execution

• Build relationships and drive sales through excellent customer service and collaboration

Requirements:

• Proven experience in kitchen and bath design, including sales and construction

• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., 2020 Design, AutoCAD)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• A team player with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
